قال رب لم حشرتني اعمى وقد كنت بصيرا

قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِىٓ أَعْمَىٰ وَقَدْ كُنتُ بَصِيرًا

I love gazing at the sky.Stars always inspires me.I really dont know what exchange is happening between me and the sky.I can feel the stillness inside me.what are your thoughts when you gaze at the stars????

Stars are there all along,but we know that it is visible to our eyes when the night falls and it is during the night we see and enjoy the brightness of the star.

        Very few stars are visible from my place because of LIGHT POLLUTION.Once when we went to a place not so far from the hustle and bustle of the city,the sky was full of stars and i got awestruck.When it was out of light pollution the same sky with few number of stars in our sight became huge in number.
What will be the beauty of our sight and insight when we purify our polluted heart ????
Removing all bitterness, fury, anger, shouting,slandering,backbiting,malice etc from us help us being mindful and to see the brightness of our life.Lets always polish our heart with true beneficial knowledge,taqwa,faith, certainity, repentance and zikr of allah.

May Allah help us to get rid off our spiritual blindness and enable us to see and enjoy all the blessed stars that shines brightly in our life and to be content and grateful with our lives.Lets be appreciative and thankful to allah for all the blessings and lets radiate the light of happiness to others by being kind,helping,forgiving,respectful etc

Our light in the Hereafter depends on the choices we make in this world. It is entirely up to us to decide what type of light we want there.

Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent.

رَبَّنَا أَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ.

Rabbana atmim lana nurana waghfir lana innaka ala kulli shay’in Qadir.

Allah promises a constricted life — even if everything looks fine on the outside.

Not every miserable life looks miserable.
Some people have comfort in their hands — but tightness in their chest.
Because distance from Allah doesn’t always remove luxury — it removes peace.

Surah Taha (20:124) 

‎وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِى فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ مَعِيشَةًۭ ضَنكًۭا وَنَحْشُرُهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ أَعْمَىٰ ١٢٤

But whoever turns away from My Reminder will certainly have a miserable life, then We will raise them up blind on the Day of Judgment.”

A person may wear what he wants, eat what he wants, live where he wants — yet remain inwardly unsettled.
True hardship is the hardship of the heart — not the shortage of things.

Surah Taha (20:125) 

‎قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِىٓ أَعْمَىٰ وَقَدْ كُنتُ بَصِيرًۭا ١٢٥

They will cry, “My Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, although I used to see?”

The eyes once worked — but the insight did not.
Because Allah tells us elsewhere:

Surah Al-Hajj (22:46) 

‎أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌۭ يَعْقِلُونَ بِهَآ أَوْ ءَاذَانٌۭ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا ۖ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَعْمَى ٱلْأَبْصَـٰرُ وَلَـٰكِن تَعْمَى ٱلْقُلُوبُ ٱلَّتِى فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ ٤٦

Have they not travelled throughout the land so their hearts may reason, and their ears may listen? Indeed, it is not the eyes that are blind, but it is the hearts in the chests that grow blind.

Surah Taha (20:126) 

‎قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ أَتَتْكَ ءَايَـٰتُنَا فَنَسِيتَهَا ۖ وَكَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ تُنسَىٰ ١٢٦

Allah will respond, “It is so, just as Our revelations came to you and you neglected them, so Today you are neglected.”

Forgetting here is neglect — not living by what you knew, not responding to reminders.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Wealth is not in having many possessions, but rather (true) wealth is feeling sufficiency in the soul.”

Sahih al-Bukhari 6446

Feed the heart with remembrance — or it will feel poor no matter what it owns.

The verses that talk about those who turn away from guidance, after they were given warnings and clear signs, are terrifying. May Allah protect us from turning away from guidance and clear instructions from Allah.

-they will be abandoned to their choice
-they will live a constricted, miserable life
-they will be assigned a devil as a close companion to draw them deeper into loss
-they will be blind and neglected on the Day of Judgment
